We did in one instance, but also found that their price did not include hauling away the old windows, cleanup, or even the vinyl trim work on the outside!! It’s always the same: You get what you pay for, and that’s exactly what we got with you and more. A great quality window installed to perfection at a good price.

We appreciate so much your time in working with us on the details of getting air conditioners out of the windows at one house and moving them to another and reinstalling them. I simply can’t say enough about the organization and great skill of the Link family who does your installations. They amaze me at how quickly and quietly they go about their work much like a colony of ants. Each one knows their job and gets to it without any wasted time or motion. All you have to do is stay out of their way and in a very short order; the windows are in, the curtains re-hung, and all the debris and trash gone.

For the second time in less than three years, my husband and I have used your company to replace windows, first in our home in Ashland and recently in my mother’s home place in Fluvanna County. In both instances, we have been so pleased with the windows.

My mother and father spent more than $10,000 replacing the windows in our family farm house in 1987 with the highly advertised ThermaGuard windows. Regrettably, those windows failed within a few years of installation and we were unable to get the company to stand behind their work. It is seldom and infrequent occurrence today, for people to be upstanding and honest. My wife and I had been looking for about a month for replacement windows for our home. We checked out Lowe’s, Home Depot, Sears and Virginia Windows and Doors. My wife and I, tired from the endless running around and in home visits showing off various types and styles of windows. We were flat out tired. We were not only tired of having all of the long in home presentations, but felt that we needed a real education in windows, to know if we were being taken advantage of or not.

I did some reading on windows and felt that I had enough information on vinyl replacement windows to do a final search to see if we could obtain a good value but wouldn’t end up with a product that didn’t fit our needs. I reached for the yellow pages and saw your add. I called the Better Business Bureau to check out your company. They confirmed you were a member in good standing and have had no complaints. Hanging up from that phone call, I then called you. To my surprise, you actually answered the phone. I almost fell out of my chair, out of sheer amazement. You took the time to speak to me about my situation and set up a time to come out right away.

The following week when you showed up at our home, my wife and I were expecting the usual presentation like we had experienced before. To me and my wife’s surprise you took only a half hour. I was also amazed at the fact that you showed me what would be done to the window, explained the process to me and put no pressure on us to buy your product. You were also very responsive to our needs. You didn’t sell us a window that we didn’t need.
